RJ met Larry many many moons ago , at a comic shop in Michigan, where Larry was running with a wild pack of people that were dubbed at the time, DARKWORLD COMIX.

RJ thought it was the coolest thing that there was a group of people in his small town actually creating and publishing their own comics.

He had to try to join.

Over a time RJ struck up a friendship with Larry, which became a way for the two of them to work together, a partnership that continues to this day.
